Feb. 21 was the date for an extraordinarily large number of Q drops. In fact, there were 10 drops from Q on Feb. 21, 2018, and 15 drops from Q on Feb. 21 2019. It was also the first weekend beyond the 30 day window after Trump left office. Because of this, I think many of us were secretly hoping there would be some action last weekend, and while datefagging is discouraged for exactly this reason, you can't just turn off and suppress hope.

So when the weekend came and went, I think many were discouraged. Given this, I set out to put together a scenario requiring an incredible stretch of the imagination and with absolutely no justification other than because I wanted to and because I can. I make no claims about the correctness of this analysis, other than it does seem to be logically consistent if you accept every premise that I simply assumed in order to make it work.

On Sunday, the 21st, GEORGENEWS posted this very unusual text which many of us tried to make sense of: GEORGENEWS POST

This text had the following characteristics:

1. Contains the phrase "EXACTLY at 9:44:54"
2. References the date the "21st"
3. Mentions "365 days ago", implying yearwise deltas
4. Mentions a "4 day trip"
5. Was posted at 2:38, and post 238 is about a law firm named Sidley "Austin"

Pompeo this morning, tweets out at 8:59 referencing Qdrop 859 which talks about "Strike 99999999". Nobody knows what Strike 99999999 might mean. I am thinking it might be referring to the 89th Military Police Brigade at Fort Hood, coincidentally not too far from Austin.

So, going back to that strange GEORGENEWS post on the 21st:

The EXACTLY at 9:44:54 made me think of combining post 944 and 954, because seconds have never been important to Q's posts. What do these say?

944: We went too deep. Attempted a pullback. Not ready. Q"

and

954: Next week. BOOM. BOOM. BOOM. Q

Combined with the 4 day delay, that puts us ready for action to begin on Feb. 25 (Next week), and coincidentally, the first day of CPAC.

Putting this altogether, what activity was the 89th involved in over the weekend that could not have been known by Q 2 years ago? Turns out they were organizing community food drives and emergency activities due to the severe weather emergency that Texas just suffered. So here is my totally unsupported and likely wrong hypothesis on all of this:

Last weekend was supposed to be the beginning of serious action (given there were 25 yearwise delta drops for the 21st), but because of the weather emergency, the 89th Military Police Brigade, which may have had some role in this (strike 99999999) was otherwise engaged in emergency operations to help the public and unable to start. Thus, the plan was pushed back 4 days, to coincide with Trump's CPAC speech on Thursday (4 days from the 21st)

How is that for date fagging? Of course, it would be nice if someone would just come out and tell us this is what happened (or if anything happened at all), but then nobody could maintain plausible deniability. And the drops are fixed, so when they get something that is unanticipated, they have to improvise and mix and match the drops in unexpected ways to construct a message.
