I just told my employer that as it’s still experimental and not formally FDA approved, I don’t want to put it in my body before there is more information re: fertility, autoimmunity, etc., especially because I am genetically predisposed to problems in both areas. She straight up said “well if it’s right for you at some later date, then that’s fine, consider that my approval of your decision.”
