If ERCOT is claiming "sovereign" immunity as a Corp, then this is all the proof anyone needs to KNOW BEYOND DOUBT, that the 1871-1878 and all other subsequent iterations of the U.S. Constitution are, IN FACT, the CORPORATE CONSTITUTION.
They're loosely claiming the same "sovereignty" that our elected leaders and Big Pharma have claimed.
If the U.S. Constitution, as it is currently written and understood is not a corporate governance document, then there is no legal standing for a Corp to claim "sovereign immunity."
However, since it is the U.S. Corp's governing document, and subsequently THE PREMIER corporate governance code in the world, and is set up to benefit those Corps that work with/for the "Fed Govt," then there is every reason under the Sun as to why ERCOT would claim "sovereign immunity." They are, as with ALL other incorporated entities in the Western World, ultimately owned by the Rothschild Corporate Empire. As such, they have "sovereign immunity" over their ownership, including electoral power generation and distribution.
To claim "sovereignty" is to claim ownership of yourself or your belongings and hold them higher than th government so you and your belongings can't be touched. Its why our elected leaders have never been held accountable after Lincoln's Assassination. The 1871 rewrite of the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Code made sure of it.
ERCOT is trying to get away with their complicity in following Bai Den's orders to shut the power down. Nothing more.
Not involved with lawyering or anything and have no idea that state of courts in Texas but I see the attitude sort of shifting where the populous is asking for justice and I think, I think, it may go differently for them this time.. again depends on the amount of corruption, and what Texans will tolerate if they do escape penalization etc.

Hope that clears it up a little.
