Funny politicians never try to push the topic when they might have the numbers to actually pass the bill. Beware of those seeking reelection as stunts like this are all about going home and telling the people ...but....but...but I tried so please vote for me and I won't let the issue die. He can't push back against all he sees and can't address current issues, his neighbor might want round 2. So this is the way he sends the message back home that I'm still a conservative without having to get caught up with the Trump backlash. Problem is there really isn't much fight in him to correct the current situation and actions speak louder then words.
