It speaks much more about Biden's deteriorating mental state that he hasn't done a full address. My bet is they submit something in writing in the next few weeks and forgo the formal speech. They will make some excuse.
Let's be real here. Even if Biden was a "fake POTUS" they would go through the motions and make a show of it. The fact they haven't done that is a very clear sign that Biden is now completely gone. He's truly a potato. The debate was his last gasp. I bet they are lucky he made it through inauguration without some gaff they couldn't hide.
"Due to COVID", they'll say. The all-purpose excuse.
Or they will stage a false flag and say there are security concerns... then circle back and say with COVID lingering its just to worth to risk... blah blah. Even though you know all of them could be vaccinated tomorrow if they trusted the vax and 10k NG mean security isn't a concern.
