Though written grammar in the proper form is becoming antiquated thanks to Common Core, I maintain that it is the key to being taken seriously by anyone holding the authority to make decisions that may impact, We the People.

Honestly, I tend to blame social media and more importantly people typing on stupid small screens! But "Dear General's and Admiral's" is really bad and yes, it kills credibility.
