Just read where the gov approved $86 Million for masks to be delivered to people of color. If this is not fraud, I do not know what is. I guess people of color are unable to mask themselves, able to find a state office to get an ID card and unable to surf the internet on something called a computer. Proves our teachers and our public education system is pretty sorry!!
