It might as well be Shaquille O'Neal wearing a Donald Trump wig, wearing a t-shirt that says "I'm Donald Trump", because as long as the media, predictably, doesn't want to go digging to deeply for fear of actually revealing that Q is real, this photo serves its dual purpose:
