Does the vaccine, technically, make you a GMO? Are you still a human, legally? If you donate blood, can you "infect" others?

I'm fairly sure there is a carrier in the jab, once your body kills the carrier your blood shouldn't be infectious, just modified. I'm not sure if people are dying from the carrier or the mRNA... maybe they should have done some animal testing?
