Straighten up the corruption in the State.... Fix election laws from within the State and then OWN IT in 2024????

Sorry, frens. He'd have to live in CA for 5 years first. According to Ballotopedia, a Governor must be: a registered voter in CA, a resident of the state for at least 5 years on election day, and an American citizen for at least 5 years.
