I have asked before about the use of underscores in Q’s comms. No one has responded. I’m sure it is military syntax but why and what is the significance? State of the Union is written all in caps, one with the underscores and one without.

Just a thought but every thing to do with the United States Corp, including our birth certificates, are in all caps.
