I'd put together the documentation that the vaccine has NOT been proven safe, there are various reports out there but I don't have them at hand. Then I'd find out the HR person responsible and send the proof to that department anonymously. Make sure you copy the information and inform the department that there statement the vaccine is safe is erroneous and there have been deaths and disfigurement from the vaccine. Include you are doing it in order to save the company from lawsuits, etc. Then you can step back and see whether anything changes. I would also include some language to the effect that you are just trying to make sure that no one gets sued for putting out damaging and knowingly false information. That usually signals to the person that they are on notice that they have been recorded as getting the information and are likely at legal risk if they do nothing about it.
