Given she is leading on the Dominion interference you can bet your double chins she's a key part of the plan.

Also she keeps making reference to "The Kraken", which was an actual Supercomputer which was supposedly decommissioned in 2014 according to Wikipedia (but then again, MKUltra was supposedly decommissioned and we all know that just became the MSM)
