religious exemption - most if not all states allow this, even my hard core leftist commonwealth. this combined with the fact that the vaccines I believe contain fetal tissue (there are some downplaying this claiming that they actually use "fetal cell lines" meaning the cells have been multiplied using original fetal cells) can be added to religious/moral claim.

allergies to POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL - which as I understand is present in the vaccines and is also present in things like Miralax and antifreeze. say you realized your severe allergic reaction to it when you used Miralax and look up the symptoms it causes so you are educated if asked.

Nuremberg Code - this should be an absolute lock. there are many reasons the Nuremberg Code is applicable but one of the most glaring is #3 which requires the vaccines have been properly tested on animals, which the vaccines have not. if your employer or others still demand you get the jab you should have a strong lawsuit and you should pursue it.

- EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) vaccines can't be mandated - as with anything you can probably find an alternative opinion, but this linked story and the logic leads me to believe that it can't be mandated. you may need to do more homework on this claim.

A big "red flag" with employers is if you REFUSE to have the Covid vaccine.
Don't REFUSE. That's the trigger word they are looking for to impose consequences.
Instead, do like I did. Tell your employer that you fully intend to take the vaccine, but you are waiting. I told my management that I am holding off at first so that others who need the vaccine more than I can get it first. :>) I intend to watch as tens of Millions of Americans that need the vaccine get it... and then will watch to see if there are any serious health problems. If everything is OK, then I intend to get the vaccine in July. :>)
Non-refusal is not grounds for anything. You aren't refusing, but just want to cautiously watch the situation first and are still flexible. Remember: YOU CAN ALWAYS REFUSE 6-MONTHS FROM NOW. Meanwhile, your employer won't do anything so long as you remain "flexible".
You can also tell your employer that the FDA hasn't yet approved the Covid vaccine, but only gave it emergency authorization for use. You intend to take the vaccine as soon as the FDA gives it full approval for the U.S. (not on an emergency authorization only status). Most employers are too stupid to realize that will not happen for 2 to 3 more years.

could maybe reach out to your doctor soon with an emergency call about your severe reaction to Miralax so that your doctor believes you have this allergy thereby making it an easy doctors note with any luck
regardless of this, if it needs to get confrontational (last resort) use Noremberg Code and make it clear you will sue and actually follow through. not a bad idea to seek an attorney now, most legal consultations are free, so just ask any attorney you interview before they get to consulting with you and I'd ask them off right off the bat if they support communism or We The People however you choose to broach that topic, but necessary

if you knew me you'd know how important honesty is to me. I teach my wife, kids and anyone that will listen that honesty is always the best policy except when you are up against the enemy that clearly has no concern for your best interests. then with this mask BS I find myself saying to workers at Lowes that I have a medical condition in response to where's my mask. clearly these workers aren't an enemy, at least necessarily.
this experience has brought me to a new conclusion, that lying is acceptable to protect your health and well being when you firmly believe something (from extensive research) and the act of lying won't unnecessarily impact/hurt others. and it really is a medical condition in the truest sense...if I and other people don't breathe in air with an oxygen content of 19.5% minimum then OSHA says we are in a DANGEROUS environment. wearing a mask reduces the % to 16% or even lower. not good
same with this vax. if I need to make up lies to protect me and my family and help anyone else that wants to protect themselves, then so be it
