Haters point to the overcoats and that they don’t have ranks. But it wasn’t that cold. No need for the coats. The coats were needed however to pull off the deception.

It was cold-ish (upper 30s) on 20 Jan. In fact, we had snow flurries in DC. And 30kt winds.
