Because if I am reading the excerpts of the EO this sounds like Lord Xiden trying to do Trumps "reshoring" agenda but then trying to take credit for the idea himself like the creep he is.

I mean to my understanding Trump's plan was to figure out what businesses are essential to NatSec, and have the feds prevent foreign nations from buying them out or have greedy investors moving those businesses outside of the USA.
