This is total fucking bullshit. If you read the actual text of the article there is nothing about the stupid "title 4" flag. They had to issue new specs when they added stars to the flag after Alaska and Hawaii attained statehood.

The flag with gold fringe was the standard carried by the cavalry. Nothing to do what so ever with "martime" law or british corporations.

Q hasn't said fuckall about this shit.
