Just thinking about questions of Biden's status/use of meds....and I remembered this issue coming up several years ago, suggesting that there are indeed other people/members of Congress who may be dealing with Alzheimer's.
I see now that there was a little "walking back" addendum to the original article, but the suggestion of concerns remains. I can't help but wonder again which members this might be.
I am just trying to imagine the implications of this, and if constituents have a right to know if their representatives are suffering from mentally debilitating illnesses. I am not sure if this subject would be covered under federal or state guidelines.

I can think of many members of congress that don't seem to be of clear mind, Pelosi, Schumer, Feinstein, Nadler.... the list goes on.
Agreed! So where do you think we can find whether or not constituents have the right to know this private health care information in this kind of situation?
Who knows? They might just make it public themselves under a 'diminished capacity' defense!
