In that 6 hour span her banner was changed and it remains the same today.

We see her banner changed 864 days ago, almost 2.5 years ago. That seems like a long time to leave the same banner up given that she is a "supposedly" a active political figure and all the developments over the last couple years.

I think her account is in white hat control. I think this banner symbolizes the crimes she was arrested for. In recent years her connections to Haiti and child trafficking has stigmatized her disgraceful legacy. What better way to leave a reminder for the general public of her crimes against humanity?
