I still don’t understand how having a woman be in charge of small business is of importance or how it solves the matter. It’s one of the things that piss me off with diversity hires. Shouldn’t a company, no matter how large or small just want the best person for the position?

Yes, all this diversity is causing mediocrity to rise everywhere. Not everyone is intelligent. Many are very dumb. Just because they are "different" is no reason to put them in a position where they can mess things up. I hate this stuff!!
