EVERY flu strain is different. It naturally mutates, every year -- so it doesn't surprise me that they consider it "the regular flu". I haven't had the flu in many years, but one thing I remember and have seen it in others ever since -- every flu strain seems to have its own "personality" in terms of length, symptoms, severity, etc. Just because cov19 causes a slightly different profile than "regular flu" doesn't mean anything to me -- UNLESS they can unequivocally, scientifically prove otherwise -- with sources.
