I have a Ubiquiti network so, I believe, I can have up to 8 If I separate the 2.4 and 5ghz bands. But at the moment I can make 4

Depends on your carrier, with AT&T you can do it right from the phone app. If you call your carrier they will walk you through it.

Just know that after you change the name you have to reconnect all wifi devices to the new name.
