Yeah, this is not compelling to me. Weather varies, especially over a period of several hours such as would have been the case. Clouds move, some block the sun then move, others pass by and block it again. Meh. This does not convince me.
Yes the several hours over the course of the 1 hour and 15 minute inauguration....
That's plenty of time for clouds to move and block the sun, but in all likelihood, a lot of photos were taken before and after, as well as during. Regardless, an hour and 15 is enough time for the weather to change from cloudy to sunny or visa versa.
Or to be fully cloud covered to then full blue skies and then back to cloudy....
