I am "elderly", on ss, food stamps to get by. I totally agree that I should not be allowed to vote for anything that imposes a tax burden on others if I am not paying those taxes. In a proper Republic, there are NO income taxes nor are there property taxes, both unconstitutional. The whole thing needs to be razed. The "city" council in my town is OUT OF CONTROL, taxing the people to death but the people being raped say nothing. Stop those property taxes, including the disgusting excise tax, and watch how fast things come back to sanity. Boot out almost every one of the parasites in any office and watch the "budget" fall like a lead weight.
