Special Counsils are deep state tools used for deep state purposes. If you’re someone they hate, a SC can be used to damage you. If you’re someone they want to protect, a SC can be used to give the illusion of an investigation while actually being used as a dam to stop the flow of evidence and information. In Roger Stone’s book, Clintons’ War On Women, he illustrates this fact by publishing first hand testimony from witnesses who were actually intimidated to shut up by people connected to Ken Starr’s office of the SC.
