Something is definitely up. The fact he didnt resign right away like many other AGs piques my curiosity.

HE'S CONTINUING ON IN THE ROLE OF SPECIAL COUNSEL.

We don't need to look for incongruities in his resignation date. No grasping is needed. He's EXACTLY where he is supposed to be, where he needs to be. And does't appear to be leaving that role anytime soon.
