Ok so it took 4 weeks for the authorities to release the cause of death which confirms my questions about the little boy that supposedly died of hypothermia in Texas and his parents filed a lawsuit 4 days later against ERCOT. One article said the coroner suspected it was hypothermia. How do you file a lawsuit without a final ruling of what caused his death? I know their pain but something doesn't sit right with this whole story. RIP little boy.
Agree. As a parent, I couldn't fathom thinking about filing a lawsuit so damn close to the death of my child. How does a person grieve a loss so great all the while filing a law suit. It would take months if not years to think about anything else.

My wife can grieve, I am loading my guns and calling two different kinds of lawyers. ERCOT Board would pray that my lawyers were faster than me.
