As a lawyer - but not a class action litigator - I've long expected lawyers to find a way to expose the fraud of covid19. When I was in law school, I asked my torts (personal injury) professor in class why no one has sued the cigarette manufacturers for making a product that, if used exactly as designed, would kill its users. He said then that the day is coming when lawyers figure out how to successfully make that claim. And of course they did.
I feel the same way about covid19.
I feel the same way about the fraud around elections.
I feel the same way about politicians' misuse of our tax dollars.
I feel the same way about the media presenting their own set of manufactured "facts."
I feel the same way about the abortion industry.
I feel the same way about the pharma industry.
I feel the same way about chemicals and glucose in all our foods.
Enterprising lawyers will find a way. If only due to their own financial self-interest, they will find a way.

I'd add glyphosate to that list, specifically. Maybe even fluoride.
