Billionaire (evil) prince Alwaleed bin Talel owns the 4 seasons hotel which operates on the top few floors of the mandalas bay hotel. His assets were seized following the “attack” in Saudi.

The crown prince MBS was likely staying there at the time. There is footage of him in the neighboring Tropicana hotel being escorted to safety. It was a failed coup
