That he’s going to spend the next four years focusing on his next presidential run in 2024.....would that be a clear signal that nothings going to happen? And we are stuck with Biden/Harris for four years?

This is a disinformation war. Nothing is what it seems. Give up on clear signals and you will be a lot happier. Have faith that people are working behind the scenes (and it is a scene) to save humanity.
