Here is my theory. 11/11/18 does not refer to a specified date but to an event, the end of the Great War, meaning the first world war, in France, the 11/11/1918 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armistice_of_11_November_1918). As a french, this war was even worst for us than the second war. Look it up, it was hell, but we beat the germans at the end, it just cost us almost everything. So the symbolism is quite appropriate. Then 21st of April. This date is the 111th day of the year. 1 and 11 are symbolism related to the sun (the 33rd degree of masonry is 3 times 11, 3 is an amplificator, and the sun has 11 years cycles). I don't want to datefag, but this time frame seems to me quite appropriate.
