What has stuck in my mind after all these years is that very shortly after, within a week or so, of his death there was a doco aired about this exact thing. It went into a lot of detail about the psychology behind this type of behaviour. Never seen or heard anything about this "syndrome" before or after that doco aired, other than Michael H was apparently "suffering" this uncontrollable mental illness. It was almost like it was produced to coincide with his death & therefore pre planned maybe. Said doco I think was part of a series & was airing before his death.

Please don't ask me for a source, it was a long time ago & the only reason I remember these things is cos i smelled a rat, it was just too much of a coincidence. I think it was shown on SBS, but may have been the ABC.
