One thing that I noticed about Trump when he did his big rallies - he was NEVER on time.

Supposedly he arrived at the Hyatt (CPAC stage) around 3pm. I have no idea why it would take two hours to get him to the stage but I'm sure there are LOTS of mini-meetings and photo-ops to take care of.
