Some of these crimes probably dont have any statute of limitations. Especially crimes against humanity, crimes against children etc. Most of the storm will be around those two I think.

I dont believe there are any secret pardons. Everyone has to pay. When someone has committed horrific crimes but agreed to help Trump, perhaps their mode of death is changed to something less painful than firing squad. Or perhaps their family is given limited immunity. If what I hear is true about Pence, I am guessing this is what they would do with him.

Others might have had their deaths commuted to life without parole in Gitmo. A lot of people would take that deal.

There are other cases where I believe the only thing that happens is declassifying their trial and execution since they were too dangerous to be left around. I can think of one or more of Joe Biden, HRC and Obama in this list. The rest, hopefully, we will see the trials live.
