I can't say for sure, and I'm with you, but I have to conclude there has got to be either a significant threat to the population that is being neutralized or they have large groups of child/trafficked hostages they are working on freeing or they would be on it by now. I'm feeling the pain of them waiting. I'm just scratching my head and trying to be patient.
