I think I can safely say most of us are against this vaccine so I cannot understand why he’s praising and promoting it

He's proud that he was able to get it done when all the naysayers said he couldn't. Normal response for him; he loves proving his critics wrong.

I agree that we may see some very ugly after effects of the vaccine show up eventually though. This is one area we should be extra careful to remember all the miracle cures that are now considered disasters.
