Another post the OP stated an interesting thought. The quick rollout of the vaccine put a stop in the DS plan to lock us down for years. Hence the positive vaxx narrative during speech (the narrative everyone hated). He was rubbing it in their faces.
GE is another of those that I pay more attention to than say the run of the mill Patriot, NOT to disparage any Patriot.
