the 2A is in their way, it is never safe. You can tell there is a concerted effort by all sides to destroy it.

Everytime Republicans gain power they do nothing for it (they don't go on the offensive to remove things like the National Firearms Act for example)

Then when Democrats gain power they pile on more restrictive legislation.
