Who knows? The way it's supposed to work, is each "justice" has autonomy, but Roberts has a bit more power, like deciding the docket? Good questions, but at the end of the day, the bottom is: SCOUTS (and ALL US "Courts") are corrupt. One step closer to the Military coming out in the open to fix.
