As far as "contractor" goes, we had guys from Nepal that worked in the kitchens that were "contractors" for the US Military, so it's not like he was running black ops with the Clowns or anyone in SOCOM.

That's a great point about contractors. They can be anyone from cooks and laundry workers to truck drivers and cashiers from my experience as well.
