Lymph nodes are too numerous for an efficient harvest.

The Liver has too many other contaminants to be the primary source for the pure monoatomic structures.

Adrenal glands are the next in line for single-harvest return. Because they are bound to the cardiovascular system, you can corral gold from other parts of the body given certain "stimulus".
