They very well may be. But its a hell of a lot harder to send a greenback to a stranger on the internet for live decision making skills.

There were a couple of CHILDREN in the EU/UK who got arrested for participating in this on the dark web. Sending money to someone and having them pour boiling water on another child, and torture them to death, it was very very sickening.
