I think it is just a bonus from something unfortunate that he has to do...
He has to pick his battles and fighting the vaccine would have created a MASSIVE problem and give DS a lot of ammo, and what they are fighting to stop is more important and ultimately people are free to make their own choice in regard to vaccine.
They have to fight the greater evils first so running around trying to fix everything at once would only get in the way of that.
I doubt that they are happy about it but it is the only way they can do it to ensure the greatest benefit for the greatest number of people...
This has pretty much been my position up until today...The trolling theory answers why he pushes harder.
Good points...I hope people are free to make their own choice on this...I guess that remains to be seen.
