Yes, it's a one-box kit Goya sells, it's new. Would love to try some authentic paella!
As a white person I would only try your mothers paella if it added absolutely zero salt or other seasoning.
She cooks healthy so avoids a lot of salts and fatty foods but still manages to cook up delicious plates. Gotta love garlic though haha.
