Yeah, I am on the fence with him as well. I can't believe Trump had no idea what Pence was planning to do going into that joint session, no discussion beforehand, etc. Pence had just as much of a vested interest in Trump being sworn in for a second term as Trump did.

I also didn't think kicking it back to the states was the solution. They would have just claimed to have done some half-assed "audit" and declared ByDumb the winner anyway.
