Geez. My comment was just sharing the bare bones of the article. My comment said absolutely nothing negative about foster parents. I have foster parent friends and know how much good they do. I myself had a foster young adult last year who had experienced unspeakable abuse.

I also know that a lot of foster kids run away, that's why I was wondering how many of the remaining missing kids were in the foster system.
