So the lawyer added the "highlights" that would make his case concrete basically? Am I getting that right?

I stand corrected, those are indeed highlights for the lawyer and word-for-word "replays" of what was already said in the main interview.

It doesn't make their case stronger, it just makes it easier for the lawyer to refer to specific topics this way. That tool may be useless for us but personally I find it interesting to see what specific topics they wanted to highlight.
