The context behind this clip is off a film called "You Can't Watch This." https://archive.org/details/youcantwatchthis2019documentary1080p

I watched it entirely to find it. The closest it gets to him and President Trump is at 38:53. This entails that it was edited out and never meant to surface. Hence, this Youtube clip is a leak!
