The first step is to get Biden out and get Trump back in. Then we need to implement strict one citizen one vote laws with clear chain of custody of the vote. Perhaps blockchain can play a part. I haven't done a lot of research into this yet, but this is how this absolutely necessary voting goal is accomplished.

I don't know what "the plan" is, but it seems to me step one has to happen first. If I am correct it means step one WILL happen first, which would mean anyone who thinks otherwise is just plain wrong.
