I will actually be childish and tell to my family(who considered me crazy for believing in this) "I TOLD YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" and then gloat probably for a week(or a month). Srr but they deserve that after they laughed at my theories for months xD
My son 8 is convinced that they will be reborn like saul into paul. I love letting the little ones, who are still so close to God, help me to understand.
My daughter started off in the Lord, then grew up and went into the world. Now I am like the father of the Prodigal Son, praying and waiting for her to return. I explored a lot of dead ends before I saw the light, guess she's had to do the same.. I take comfort in knowing that those who have been forgiven much love much. She is all the family I have, the Lord knows how to bring the lost sheep home
Same. What we saw might help you:
Our eldest daughter fell away. When my daughter was still a Sunday-school-teaching teenager (before university and becoming a liberal) she had a dream where she indoors and was being prepared for her wedding by us - her family. She hated the Victorian-era dress, hated how her hair was being done, hated the clunky jewelry we put on her, hated the fake tanner we had (strangely) put on her, hated how her garish makeup was being done, etc. And she was so unhappy that nothing looked the way SHE liked for what was supposed to be her own wedding!
All of a sudden the scene changed and she was in a sunny green meadow under blue skies and wearing a wedding dress SHE thought was beautiful. Jesus was putting pretty little diamond earrings in her ears and she loved everything about how she looked.
That wasn't a dream meant for HER per se - it was for us so that we'd know in advance that HE would prepare her. We would not be able to make her be a Christian, we would not be able to make her grow and mature in the Lord. It was all going to be a work of the Lord, and SHE would love the outcome ;-)
I remember hearing this song and it strengthened me to stay KIND and be like the Prodigal Father. No recriminations. Just joy and love.

There needs to be at least some of that. When your child puts a penny in the outlet after you told him not to, you remind them they were instructed not to do that. Then you reinforce how important it is to listen and heed. It shiuld be done. Just maybe not in the gloating "I told you so" way.
With some of my closer friends I've red pilled, the "I told you so" sounds more like, "Uh huh. Mhm. Now imagine what other crazy atuff I've said that I'm gonna be right about. Terrified yet? Lets talk about it..."

Understandable; my daughter said I needed psychiatric evaluation. All the same, we need to be kind and help people understand what has been going on.
